This approach preserves the coffee’s integrity, flavor, and aromatic complexity while honoring a natural, sustainable process.

When roasted to a medium profile, the cup reveals honeyed caramel, toasted almond, and delicate citrus notes, complemented by a smooth medium body and gentle acidity. A dark roast accentuates rich cocoa, roasted nuts, and subtle spice, delivering a full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel that lingers with elegance.
